1 ON 1 BOXING

In the 1 ON 1 Boxing sessions, you can expect to gain muscle, shed fat and have a blast de-stressing all at the same time through boxing.

You will be focusing on boxing skills like proper footwork, shadowboxing, working good defensive habits, and correct punching fundamentals.

Whether your goal is to improve your overall health, to learn a new skill, or need a positive outlet for stress relief, there is absolutely no better activity than boxing.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Before we get into sessions, we will create a game plan together on what your fitness goals are and how we can get the best possible results for you.

The session will consist of a dynamic warm up to start and then you will go into supervised workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals.

LOCATIONS

EP Boxing is a mobile service that can come to you. Train in the comfort of your own home, or the gym of your choice. Otherwise all sessions take place in Downtown Seattle. Location will be disclosed upon contact.
